Moonsik Shin is an Assistant Professor at The George L. Argyros College of Business and Economics, Chapman University. He holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University, an M.S. in Science from Korea University, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Research interests focus on venture capital dynamics, new product development tradeoffs, and strategic management in entrepreneurial contexts. His work examines how investor time horizons affect product quality outcomes and explores mechanisms in social exchange pricing models.
