Monika Rossiter

Monika Rossiter is a Principal Teaching Fellow at the Centre for Higher Education Research and Scholarship within the Central Faculty of Imperial College London. She specializes in educational development, feedback and assessment strategies, and technology-enhanced learning (TEL).

• MA degree from Jagiellonian University
• PhD in Education specializing in Technology Enhanced Learning

Her research focuses on improving feedback and assessment practices in higher education, with an emphasis on linguistics and cultural factors. She has also pioneered e-learning initiatives and designed blended learning modules.

Recent publications explore feedback mechanisms and assessment strategies, reflecting her expertise in feedback and assessment, educational technology, and cross-cultural language education. She received the JISC e-learning award for her contributions to digital education.

Monika supervises MA students and has led institutional projects like TESTA to implement feedback strategies. Her work includes developing workshops and modules for PGCert and PGR programs.
