Mona Sakr

Mona Sakr is Senior Lecturer in Education Studies/Early Childhood Studies at Middlesex University's Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education. As co-director of IIMPACT in Health Research Concentration, she investigates leadership development and digital pedagogies in early childhood settings.

Her research examines how pedagogical leadership manifests in baby rooms, digital play integration, and creative methodologies. Recent publications explore practitioner perspectives on infant care and professional identity formation.

Sakr's work demonstrates consistent focus on participatory approaches to understanding early childhood environments. She coordinates multiple courses including Creativity and the Arts in Education.
