Mogens Sparre

Mogens Sparre is an Associate Professor of Organizational Culture and Management at the Department of Culture and Learning, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Aalborg University, Denmark. His research focuses on organizational change processes, culture, and the application of participatory action research to achieve sustainability goals. He holds an MBA (2001) and has been a Senior Researcher at Wise Mind since 2001.
