Miriam Wijkman is a Visiting Fellow at the VU School of Criminology within the Faculty of Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She holds a PhD in Criminology (2014) and Master’s degrees in Law and Developmental Psychology. Her research focuses on female sexual offending, human trafficking, organized crime, and gender-related crime. She serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Sexual Aggression and is affiliated with A-LAB (Amsterdam Law and Behavior Institute).
