Milad Hadidi is a post-doctoral researcher and visiting scientist with expertise in Food Chemistry and Plant-based Protein Extraction. Currently affiliated with the Institute of Physiological Chemistry at the University of Vienna, he has also held postdoctoral positions at the University of Castilla-La Mancha and University of Lleida in Spain, as well as a visiting researcher role at Aarhus University in Denmark.
