Chamila Nimalaratne

Dr. Chamila Nimalaratne is a Lecturer in the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences at the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, University of Manitoba, Canada. Her work focuses on food chemistry, antioxidant properties, and plant protein extraction technologies.
