Dr. Mikhail Soutchanski is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Toronto Metropolitan University. His research focuses on automated planning, reasoning about actions, and large-scale problem-solving methodologies. He has held significant roles in organizing international conferences, including the 12th International Conference on Principles of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (KR&R-2010) in Toronto. He earned a PhD from the University of Toronto (2003) and a Diploma with Honors from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (1984).
