Mikel AYALA

Mikel AYALA is a Visiting Professor at the European Economic Studies Department of the College of Europe. He currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Atani, a global fintech platform, and previously held executive roles at The Cocktail (a digital transformation firm) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he specialized in financial institutions. His expertise spans innovation ecosystems, corporate partnerships, and venture development across Europe and the Americas.

Education: M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE. He mentors at the MBA program of Instituto de Empresa Business School and advises on digital transformation strategies for financial institutions and startups.
