Mike Porter

Mike Porter is a Senior Clinical Professor of Marketing at the Opus College of Business, University of St. Thomas, where he has served since 2016. He is the Faculty Director for the Master of Science in Health Care Communication program and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Communication and Marketing. Porter actively engages with professional organizations and consults on business communication.

His educational background includes:

Porter's research centers on customer and patient experience, reputation management, health care communication, crisis communication, and business-to-business marketing. Porter leads the Master of Science in Health Care Communication program team and collaborates with healthcare and business entities via his consulting practice to enhance communication strategies and patient experiences.
