Mike Gibisser is an Associate Professor in the Film, Video, Animation & New Genres department at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He also serves as the Graduate Program Representative and Co-Chair of the Programming Committee. His work bridges narrative, documentary, experimental, and essay filmmaking. Gibisser holds an MFA in Moving Image from the University of Illinois-Chicago and an MA in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
