Mike Dodds

Dr. Mike Dodds serves as Dean of the Seminary and Director of the CU Press at Calvary University, where he holds the position of Professor of Ministry Studies. He joined the institution in July 2007 and teaches in the Seminary program. His educational background includes a B.A. in English/Secondary Education from Asbury College (1971), a Th.M. in Systematic Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary (1982), and a D.Min. in Pastoral Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary (1997).

His professional expertise encompasses ministerial training with a focus on expository preaching and spiritual gifts development. Dodds maintains membership in the Evangelical Homiletics Society and Independent Fundamental Churches of America, International (IFCA). With over 24 years of full-time ministry experience, he has served as a pastor in multiple states and as an Air Force chaplain (both reserves and active duty).
