Michelle Zierler

Michelle Zierler is a Professor of Legal Writing and Faculty Publisher of the New York Law School Law Review. She has been at New York Law School since 2008 and directs the Program in Law and Journalism. Her career bridges legal academia with practical experience in entertainment law and journalism.

• Education: J.D. from New York University School of Law, B.A. in English Literature from Stern College for Women (Yeshiva University)

Her research interests include legal writing, entertainment law, journalism, and the intersection of law and technology. She edits Legal As She Is Spoke (LASIS), a student-run blog recognized by the American Bar Association Journal as a top legal blog.
