Dr Michelle Staggs Kelsall is a Senior Lecturer in International Law and Deputy Head of Undergraduate Admissions at the School of Law, Gender and Media, SOAS University of London. She holds a BA in Media & Communications (Macquarie University), LLB (Macquarie), LLM in Public International Law (LSE, Distinction), and a PhD (University of Nottingham).
