Michelle Hawkins

Dr. Michelle Hawkins is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader in the School of Allied Health and Social Care at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). She holds a PhD in Reflux Disease and Diet/Lifestyle from London South Bank University (LSBU). Her expertise spans Nutrition, Public Health, and Interdisciplinary Education. She has been at ARU since 2015, previously serving at LSBU and University Campus Suffolk.
