Michelle Hawkins

Michelle Hawkins is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader at Anglia Ruskin University, affiliated with the School of Allied Health and Social Care. Her expertise spans Nutrition, Public Health, and Interdisciplinary Learning, with a focus on dietary assessment and gastrointestinal health.

Recent publications highlight qualitative research on nutrition barriers in healthcare and dietary assessment methods.

Michelle has contributed to professional accreditation with the Association for Nutrition, served as an Assistant Reviewer for the Nutrition Society, and acted as Student Liaison Representative. She also holds multiple external examiner roles for postgraduate nutrition and public health programs.
