Prof. Michele Luminati is a Full Professor of Legal History, Contemporary Legal History, and Legal Theory at the University of Lucerne's Faculty of Law. He leads the Institute for Research in the Fundaments of Law (lucernaiuris) and previously directed the Swiss Institute in Rome (2013-2016). He holds a titular professorship from the University of Zurich (2008).
