Michele Hansen is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the UWA Medical School, affiliated with the UWA Centre for Child Health Research and The Kids Research Institute Australia. Her research focuses on epidemiological studies related to assisted reproductive technologies, cerebral palsy, and birth defects. She employs population-based data linkage methodologies to investigate health outcomes in maternal and child populations.

Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to good health and well-being (SDG 3) and quality education (SDG 4).
