Michel Judkiewicz is a visiting professor at Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Université de Liège (ULg), and Management Center Europe. A civil engineer by training from ULB (1971), he has built an international career spanning industry and consulting across multinationals and SMEs.
His research interests focus on innovation management and organizational transformation. Judkiewicz has developed expertise in foresight methodologies, mediation techniques, and non-violent communication, applying these to help organizations navigate periods of transition and paradigm shifts as described in his work on innovation.
