Michał Wilk

Prof. Michał Wilk is a Professor at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland. He holds a habilitation in Physical Culture Science (2020), a PhD in Physical Culture Science (2011), and an MSc in Sports Science (2005). He leads the Sports Training and Self-Defense Facility and has served as a physical performance coach for national teams in Ski Jumping, Nordic Combined, Alpine Skiing, Speed Skating, Volleyball, and Football. His research focuses on strength training, sport performance optimization, movement tempo effects, and blood flow restriction techniques in resistance exercise.
