Michał Jarmuł is a professor at the Lublin University of Economics and Innovation (WSEI) Academy, affiliated with the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences under the Michael Kale Department. As a co-founder of the OIC Poland Foundation and the University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin, he has held key administrative roles including Rector and Vice-Rector for Education and Student Affairs over a 20-year period. Currently, he serves on the Supervisory Board of the OIC Poland Foundation and as Vice-Chair of the WSEI Academy Convention.
His research and teaching focus on strategic management, marketing, sales techniques, and customer service processes. He has coordinated modules in the Management program and developed original lecture materials and case studies for academic instruction.
His scientific achievements include managing EU-funded projects such as "Versatilists: Professional and competent computer science..." (2011-2012) and "Professional staff – postgraduate studies..." (2009-2011). He has also contributed to skills development programs for students in Eastern Poland.
