Zbigniew Orzeł

Zbigniew Orzeł serves as Assistant Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences at WSEI University in Lublin, with additional lecturing duties at the Medical University of Lublin where he educates physicians in public health specialization programs.

His expertise centers on healthcare management, public health systems, and organizational restructuring within medical institutions, drawing from over 20 years of executive experience managing hospitals and healthcare entities across Poland. He has supervised more than 100 master's theses in nursing and conducted extensive training for healthcare management personnel.

His operational achievements encompass hospital restructuring, implementation of Poland's JGP system, formation of hospital purchasing groups, and corporate governance frameworks for healthcare entities.
