Dr. Michaela Lochner is a Researcher at the Austrian Academy of Sciences' Institute of Oriental and European Archaeology (OREA). She previously served as Deputy Director of OREA (May 2017–February 2018) and leads the long-term 'Urnfield Culture Networks' research project since 2015. She is also a co-editor of the journal Archaeologia Austriaca.
