Michael Spann

Dr. Michael Spann is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Queensland. He is also the Founding Director of Square Circle, a global development consulting firm, and a guest lecturer at Vietnam's Academy of Social Sciences.
