Patrick Köllner

Patrick Köllner is Vice President of the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) and Director of the GIGA Institute for Asian Studies since 2011. He holds a Professorship in Political Science with a focus on Asia at the University of Hamburg. His career spans leadership roles in research programs on global orders, regional powers, and think tank development.
