Michael Shanahan

Michael Shanahan is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University, focusing on corporate legal affairs and systemic business solutions. He holds a B.A. from the University of Washington (1985) and a J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law (1987). His expertise spans corporate law, litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

He has served as a Proctor with the Maritime Law Association of the United States (1993) and has extensive litigation experience in corporate, insurance, and employment matters. His advisory practice emphasizes failure analysis and system-oriented strategies for businesses. Licensed in Washington state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, he has also managed field operations and sales distribution systems.
