Devin Theriot-Orr

Devin Theriot-Orr is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law and partner at Open Sky Law, PLLC. He earned his J.D. with high honors from the University of Washington School of Law (2003) and a B.A. in Physics from Oberlin College (1997).

His legal practice focuses on complex federal immigration litigation. He serves on the national amicus committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and regularly presents at legal conferences. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple Circuit Courts of Appeal, and federal district courts.
