Michael Roffer

Michael Roffer serves as Professor of Legal Research and Interim Director of The Mendik Library at New York Law School. His expertise includes statutory interpretation, legislative history research, and administrative regulations.

Research focuses on legal research methodologies, law library sciences, and historical legal developments. Recent publications examine debt restructuring, securities regulations, and legal education frameworks.
