Dr. Jacinta Dharmananda is a Senior Lecturer at UWA Law School, University of Western Australia, with expertise in legislative process and statutory interpretation. She holds a Ph.D. from Australian National University, LLB and BJuris from UWA, and is admitted to practice in WA, Victoria, and New York.
Her research examines legislative scrutiny processes, statutory interpretation methodologies, and parliamentary oversight mechanisms. She is co-author of Modern Statutory Interpretation: Framework, Principles and Practice (Cambridge UP, 2023).
