Michael Kuban

Michael Kuban is an Adjunct Professor in the Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and an MBA from Texas A&M University, as well as a BBA in Management and Marketing from East Texas Baptist University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt.

His research and professional interests include project management, risk management, change management, and event management. He has been published in the International Journal of Research and has extensive industry experience, including roles at Arthur Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and the Dallas Cowboys. He has also led major events like the Taste of Dallas and worked with corporations on platform integration and strategic initiatives.

Currently, he is pursuing a DBA from Grenoble École de Management and is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2012.
