Michael Fields, PhD, MBA, is an Assistant Professor of Business at the College of Business, Eastern Oregon University. He holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership (Indiana Institute of Technology), an MBA in Organizational Leadership (University of Indianapolis), and a BS in Media Arts and Science (Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis). His career spans adjunct teaching roles at multiple institutions and full-time academic leadership since 2015, including program manager roles at NMSU Grants and EOU. Dr. Fields teaches courses in global business, leadership, organizational behavior, and diversity, and advises the Sigma Beta Delta honor society.
