Michael Childers

Michael Childers, a Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School for Workers, combines industrial engineering expertise with labor education. With experience in steel, machining, metal fabrication, and plastics manufacturing, he teaches courses on time study, lean production, job evaluation, and incentive pay systems, while assisting unions in leveraging technology through computer skills and internet research training.
