Michael Chetta

Dr. Michael Chetta is a Lecturer and Director of the M.S. Program in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at the University of Central Florida (UCF), College of Sciences. He joined UCF in 2021 and has taught as an adjunct since 2018. His research focuses on AI applications in talent selection, worker safety perceptions in livestock production, and qualitative analyses of hospitality and client satisfaction. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
