Anna Rebekah Erickson

Anna Rebekah Erickson serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychology at St. Olaf College, teaching Industrial-Organizational Psychology since 2015 while actively bridging academic theory with corporate practice through global consulting work.

Her research and professional expertise centers on evidence-based organizational improvement, with primary focus areas:
