Michael A. Joseph, PhD, MPH serves as Vice Dean of the School of Public Health at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, with an adjunct appointment in Health Management and Policy at the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
