Mia Rönnmar is a Professor in Private Law at the Faculty of Law, Lund University, and a leading expert in labour law, industrial relations, and EU law. She is currently on leave from Lund University (2024–2030) while serving as Vice-Chancellor/President of Malmö University. She remains a key figure in Lund’s academic community through her roles in the Norma Research Programme and the Lund Human Rights Research Hub.
Her research focuses on Swedish, comparative, and EU labour law, using interdisciplinary and legal-dogmatic methods.
