Dr. Merideth Thompson is a Professor in the Management Department at Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Her research focuses on employee behavior (particularly abusive supervision and workplace incivility) and the work-family interface, examining how workplace issues affect family experiences and employee health. She earned her PhD in Organization Studies from Vanderbilt University.
