Megan Nolan

Megan Nolan is an Assistant Professor of Psychology specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her research investigates factors contributing to workplace unhappiness and applies psychological theory to improve employee well-being.

Research examines both stable/long-term predictors (contextual factors, individual differences) and event/day-level factors affecting worker health. Current projects explore stress mechanisms in organizational settings and well-being interventions.
