Megan Neely

Megan Neely is a Professor of Art History at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), serving since 2024. Previously, she held roles including Instructor of Record and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia (2016–2022). Her academic career includes curatorial work at the Georgia Museum of Art (Daura Center, 2019–20) and leadership in academic symposia. She has also taught at Athens Technical College (2018–2019).

Research Interests: Focused on Renaissance and Italian art, museum curation, and academic pedagogy. Active in professional organizations such as the Renaissance Society of America, Italian Art Society, and College Art Association.
