Megan Holland is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Film department at Art Center. She is a dual professional serving as a Directing Coach and Casting Director, with a career spanning both academia and the entertainment industry.

• Helped cast over 600 commercials and films at Art Center
• Worked as actor/teaching artist at American Players Theatre, Next Act, Theatre X, Shanghai Theatre Center, and La Jolla Playhouse
• Founder of creative consultancy firm The Oddbird, providing coaching for professionals in business, film, and television sectors

Her research and practice focuses on film direction, casting methodologies, and creative consultancy in performing arts disciplines.
