Maya Clark, PhD, CCC-SLP is an Associate Professor at the MS-SLP Program Campus (Austin, TX) in the College of Rehabilitative Sciences at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she joined in July 2023. She holds leadership experience in Communication Sciences and Disorders programs, including roles as program director and director of clinical education.
Her research focuses on language development in children/adolescents, cultural factors in communication/cognition, social cognitive theory, health disparities, multicultural communication issues, and unconscious bias.
