Maxwell Patchet

Maxwell Patchet is an Assistant Professor of English at Spring Arbor University (SAU), joining in Fall 2023. Previously, he served as a professor and department chair in the Language and Literature Department at Sterling College for three years. His teaching focuses on British Literature, Science Fiction, and Literary Criticism. Research interests include the intersection of philosophy and literature, critiques of empire, and the works of G.K. Chesterton. Recent publications include an article in The Chesterton Review analyzing perspective in Chesterton’s work.
