Matthias Pendl

Dr. Matthias Pendl is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law under Prof. Holger Fleischer. He holds a Doctor iuris (2017) and Magister iuris (2013) from the University of Graz, where he excelled as the top graduate in his class. His research focuses on Civil Law, Commercial Law, Banking Law, Law & Digitalization, and Comparative Law.
