Matt Zaiger serves as Assistant Professor of Engineering at George Fox University's College of Engineering, appointed in 2025. Prior to this academic role, he co-founded Flores & Zaiger Solutions LLC as Partner and Development Engineer (2023-2025), managing finances and developing laser engraving/ablation processes for aerospace clients. Earlier, he spent five years as Metrology Engineer at Rapid Matching Solutions in Wilsonville, Oregon, specializing in inspection procedures for precision aerospace components.
