Mathilde HAUTEREAU-BOUTONNET

Mathilde HAUTEREAU-BOUTONNET serves as a Professor of Law at the University of Aix-Marseille, functioning as a teacher-researcher and directing the Environmental Transition Law program specializing in Environmental Law. She is affiliated with the CERIC research team and contributes to multiple research axes (Axis 1, Axis 2, and Axis 5).

Her research expertise centers on environmental law with emphases on:

She previously directed the international research group (GDRI) Justice and Environmental Law (JEL), demonstrating sustained leadership in global environmental legal scholarship.
