Mathias Dewatripont is a Professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), with a distinguished career spanning academic, institutional, and policy-oriented roles. He has been a tenured associate professor and full professor at ULB since 1990, with part-time status during 2011-2017. From 1998 to 2011, he served as a visiting professor at MIT, and prior to that, as a visiting assistant professor at MIT from 1988-1989.
