Martin Sauerland

Prof. Dr. Martin Sauerland is a Professor of Psychology with a focus on work and organization at the University of Public Transport and Finance, Ludwigsburg. He serves as Evaluation Officer and heads the Competence Center for Work, Organization, and Human Resource Management, while also acting as dean of studies for the 'Digital Administrative Management' program.
