Anna Steidle is a Professor at the University of Hohenheim's Faculty I (Management and Law), where she has led the Competence Center for Work, Organization, and Human Resources Management in the Public Sector since 2016. She previously held roles at the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics and served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Hohenheim before joining Hochschule für Verwaltung (HVF) Ludwigsburg full-time.
