Martin Nitsche is an Associate Professor specializing in Phenomenology, Philosophy of Art, and Philosophy of Religious Experience. He currently teaches at the Faculty of Art and Design, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně (UJEP) in Ústí nad Labem and leads the Department of Contemporary Continental Philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. His work bridges phenomenological theory with interdisciplinary applications in sound studies, spatial analysis, and resilience.
