Martin Lange

Prof. Dr. Martin Lange serves as Professor at IST School of Management, where he has been actively engaged in the "Management in Healthcare" (BA) and "Sports Therapy and Health Management" (MA) programs since October 2018. He currently holds dual leadership roles as chair of the university senate and deputy chair of the examination board, demonstrating significant institutional commitment. Prior to his academic appointment, he directed the Competence Center for Occupational Health Management at FAW and managed the FAW Akademie Chemnitz in vocational rehabilitation.

His educational foundation includes a doctorate from the University of Leipzig's Institute for Exercise and Public Health. This academic background directly informs his research trajectory in health services and prevention science.

Lange's research program centers on prevention and health promotion across multiple domains, with particular emphasis on student health management, corporate health systems, and digital health interventions.
